Dear Fellow Snowseekers,

This coming May 7th, is the Spring Bash; I’m sure that everybody has sold all their tickets and turned in the money to Jim or Kathy Wright. If not please do so as soon as possible. If you need more tickets we still have quite a few to sell. Jim Wright and Scott Wilke will both be coordinating the help needed before, during, and after the event, so contact them if you can help in any way. Ginny and the Charity Committee are still accepting items and baskets for the Chinese Auction; this includes new items for baskets, complete baskets, gift cards, and lottery tickets. This is our major fundraiser for the club, we need all members to contribute and help with this event.

There will be a final vote by the general membership on the by-law changes that the dues committee has been working on over the past few months, please see attached copy.

At the May meeting we will hold our yearly elections with the new officers taking office in September. It’s not too early to consider running for office and getting involved on the business side of things. I know there are a lot of you out there with good ideas and good intentions for this club. May 5th will be your chance to make a difference.

In closing of the newsletter and with deepest sympathy, one of our founding members has passed this month, Marge Mueller. She will be missed by many, our prayers and thoughts are with The Mueller Family.

Winner of the 50/50 was Jeanie Beverage

See you at the meeting,
Norb
